We’ve got a nice little QoL release for you this week, something to tide you over until the lodge customization is ready:

* 2-10x42mm scope fixed for .300 and .308 rifles.
* Following the recent update for showing the point of interest names/descriptions on the in-game map – we’ve removed the descriptions, as these were over-informative and useless.
* Some new CC weapons did not give any HunterScores – fixed.
* Ibex, Bighorn, and Dall Sheep can now be mounted to the Medium platform in the lodges – this will apply to all medium platforms in all lodges.
* Fall Field scarf and backpack had a wrong pattern – fixed.
* Wood Grouse added to the Daily Missions.
* Some competitions with the new parameters announced in the previous release will be added to the rotation from this Saturday.

P.S. Final bit of news, and pay attention, the November event will be a set of competitions. We’re currently planning it for the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend. There will be some tiered comps like you see in events for everyone to enter and an Invitational like we had last year, between the League’s top players this year and competitors from BCKidd’s Forum Competitions. League players, keep an eye out for that Invitational email over the next couple of weeks.

We’ve been focusing on the backend this week, prepping some new stuff and putting some bugs down.

For the new, we have some new competition parameters coming to expand what we can do there for regular and event competitions. We’ll have a few of these popping up in the next couple of days for a test run before they’re added into the rotation with more to come later.

* A new score type of CSS
* Number of shots to be used (You will have a limited total number of bullets for the competition)
* No miss (You cannot miss a shot. Hits don’t all need to be kills, but they must hit)
* Time limit (This counts for each hunt, not as a total over attempts)
* The highest subtract the lowest score/weight of the trophy
* Score minus Distance, distance cannot exceed score (lowest difference wins)
* Score minus Wound time in seconds
* Score of the male plus weight of the female
* Score plus distance shot; distance not to exceed animals score (Highest total wins)

For the fixes, and a couple of these will definitely be very interesting to some of you:

– All points of interest now can be checked directly on the in-game map by hovering it with a mouse.
– Order of the weapons and ammo are now sorted alphabetically in inventory
– Scope fixed for .223 rifles and Scout
– Flinter’s Parker Python had a flipped logo – fixed

Howdy Hunters!

We’ve got something special for you with today’s release; a brand-new lodge! The Texas Lodge is in its first phase but we have a whole lot of stuff planned for it, like customization, extra rooms and even more customization. Some of the upcoming customizations will be available in the old lodges as well.

So, what are you getting with this release?

• 163 places for mounts (including birds and skulls)
• 24 dedicated skull mounts
• Enough gun racks to mount an arsenal

So swing by and take a look. The old lodges will not be removed, and as we said a few sentences ago, some of the customization features will apply to them as well once implemented.
